Saqlain Arshad, born on October 10, 1992, is a talented all-rounder for the Qatar national cricket team. A right-handed batsman and off-spin bowler, he made his T20I debut on October 9, 2019, against Jersey in Doha. Since then, he has played over 35 T20Is, scoring more than 700 runs with a top score of 76 and registering three halfcenturies. Though mainly a batsman, he has also chipped in with the ball, taking a few wickets in crucial spells.
Domestically, Saqlain represents Fireox CC and Fireox Unit CC in Qatar’s premier cricket leagues, where he is known for his consistent batting and leadership qualities. His journey reflects the steady rise of Qatar cricket and his role as one of its dependable middle-order players
